Location: Biloxi, Mississippi, United States; office-based. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

What you will do

• Manage the branch and lead sales, service, operations, and financial performance.
• Manage high-value consumer and business customer portfolios and refer customers to relevant bank partners.
• Lead the team in delivering excellent customer service, resolving issues, and achieving budgeted production goals.
• Acquire new consumer and business customers while deepening existing relationships through proactive business development and calling programs.
• Build internal, business, and community relationships within the market area.
• Oversee recruitment, staffing, colleague development, operational security, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of goal-driven retail sales leadership experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, sales leadership, customer service, process management, and coaching.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and colleague development skills.
• Comfort with mobile services, online banking, and other banking technology.
• Ability to understand and lead branch sales, service, operations, and financial performance across branch and digital channels.
• Must be authorized to work full-time in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree and previous management experience.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.
• Ability to influence, inspire, and motivate colleagues to improve retention.
