TRD Fall Commercial Intern

Location: On-site in Costa Mesa, California; applicants must be located in California

Salary: $56,400–$91,700 annual base salary

What you will do

• Support budget tracking, variance analysis, spending monitoring, and cost-per-unit analysis.
• Prepare recurring financial and commercial reports, cost roll-ups, charts, summaries, and presentations for leadership.
• Pull, clean, reconcile, and analyze data from internal systems and third-party sources.
• Research market trends, competitive activity, and industry benchmarks.
• Provide analytical support for Aftermarket Accessories, Customer Racing, and other commercial initiatives.
• Document and improve repeatable processes, templates, report automation, and data definitions.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program; Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or Analytics preferred.
• Rising junior or senior with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and basic financial modeling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines with limited supervision.
• Available to work 24 hours per week on-site during the academic year and must be located in California.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.
