Community Manager (Entertainment)

Location: Remote (any location); Buenos Aires, Argentina

hirify.global operates the SolarBalls and RunMonsterRun entertainment communities and content.

What you will do

• Develop titles, announcements, promotional content, and community activities for SolarBalls and RunMonsterRun.
• Maintain content calendars covering important dates, holidays, community moments, events, and contests.
• Brainstorm and help develop daily Quirk-A-Thons and other RunMonsterRun activities.
• Support localization of RMR and SolarBalls Shorts and manage leak reporting and removal.
• Coordinate recurring content-related tasks, monitor community needs, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Provide short-term coverage for the Community Manager during absences.

Requirements

• Experience in community management, social media, content operations, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing recurring tasks and deadlines.
• Experience with content platforms and repetitive workflows such as uploading, adapting, and organizing content.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to adapt content for different audiences and platforms.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate closely with another Community Manager, and learn new tools quickly.

Nice to have

• Experience in entertainment, gaming, YouTube, or digital media.
• Creativity and proactivity in developing community activities, announcements, titles, and promotional content.
