Salary: $80,000–$100,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead client discovery sessions, document needs, and define use cases and priorities within the statement of work.
- Analyze client workflows and identify opportunities for AI solutions and process optimization.
- Design and prototype AI solutions and process improvement recommendations with engineers.
- Manage project delivery against contractual commitments, timelines, quality standards, and client satisfaction goals.
- Train clients, support solution adoption, gather feedback, and iterate on delivered solutions.
- Track time and project progress in ClickUp, provide weekly updates, and optimize utilization and project efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in AI strategy, solution design, or AI/LLM implementation.
- Experience analyzing workflows and optimizing processes.
- Strong project management and delivery experience, ideally in AI, technology, or consulting.
- Excellent communication skills with clients and cross-functional teams, including the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client engagements, time tracking, and administrative responsibilities.
- Ability to work in a hybrid role based in San Diego and answer U.S. work authorization and visa sponsorship questions.
Nice to have
- Client-facing experience in AI or automation from discovery through delivery and adoption.
- Experience with ClickUp or similar project-management platforms.
- Background in consulting, workflow automation, or AI-driven process transformation.
- Technical familiarity with AI/ML/LLM tools, prototyping, or automation systems.
