Licensed Insurance Advisor (Life Insurance)

Location: Remote Office - Canada

Starting salary: $40,000 CAD per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary variable incentive plan.

What you will do

• Provide insurance advice and needs analysis to consumers.
• Complete sales applications and accurately record prospect feedback in an online system.
• Sell and service life insurance products offered through Canada Protection Plan.
• Communicate with prospects and clients through verbal and written channels.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and quality measures.
• Support marketing and sponsor campaigns while maintaining compliance.

Requirements

• Provincial Life and Accident & Sickness licenses are required; Quebec licensing is mandatory.
• Proven sales experience.
• Full bilingual proficiency in English and French, verbally and in writing.
• Ability and willingness to follow scripts and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Post-secondary education or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Prior call center experience.
