Clinical Quality Analyst

Location: Based in Metro Manila, with attendance at the Makati hub 2–3 days per week under a hybrid working model; working hours aligned to AU and UK teams.

What you will do

• Audit patient-facing Medical Support interactions across phone, email, and chat for experience quality and clinical safety.
• Own and calibrate the clinical QA scoring framework against clinical protocols, formularies, and market-specific regulatory requirements.
• Identify clinical risks, recurring errors, near-misses, and protocol gaps, escalating urgent or reportable findings through the defined clinical pathway.
• Produce weekly insight-led reporting on scores, trends, error themes, patient satisfaction, escalations, and clinical incidents.
• Review and correct clinical content in macros, templates, workflows, the Knowledge Hub, and training materials.
• Partner with Clinical Operations, Learning, Process, Product, and Care teams on coaching, training, process improvement, automation, and patient insight.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of post-qualification clinical experience, including at least 2 years in clinical quality, governance, safety and quality, audit, accreditation, or incident review.
• A clinical qualification and professional background as a registered nurse, midwife, pharmacist, paramedic, or allied health professional.
• Experience auditing clinical care or documentation against standards and defending evidence-based findings.
• Analytical ability with spreadsheets and reporting tools; SQL or dashboard experience is beneficial but not required.
• Strong risk judgement, attention to detail, independent working ability, and constructive communication with operational stakeholders.
• Must be based in Metro Manila and able to work from the Makati hub 2–3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in telehealth or a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Experience with adverse event review, root cause analysis, or accreditation frameworks.
• SQL or dashboard experience.
