Mechanical Assembly (Manufacturing Operations)

Location: Onsite at an HPE office in Wisconsin, United States

Salary: $16.44–$34.81 per hour

What you will do

• Perform manufacturing tasks including assembly, testing, inspection, and advanced rack building.
• Operate multiple machines, tools, and manufacturing programs while supporting quality assurance.
• Audit materials and product builds to maintain quality standards.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and resolve issues with limited guidance.
• Coordinate work within the team and execute customer-to-order expectations.
• Support the training of new employees and contribute to products throughout their mature life cycle.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English and the local language.
• Strong mathematics, reading comprehension, written and verbal communication, teamwork, and coordination skills.
• Manual dexterity, physical capability, multitasking ability, and the capacity to navigate tools and procedures.
• Basic computer software skills and technical knowledge relevant to the business function.
