Manufacturing Associate

Location: Wilmington, Delaware, United States

Salary: $22.42–$35.04 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits.

What you will do

• Assemble, calibrate, and test precision instrument devices according to engineering specifications and quality standards.
• Perform functional and performance testing, including verification of components exposed to low levels of radiation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during assembly and testing.
• Maintain production records, test results, and compliance documentation in SAP ERP and other digital tools.
• Manage inventory transactions, material requisitions, and production scheduling in SAP.
• Prepare reports and communicate status updates to management and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant mechanical or electrical assembly and testing experience.
• Strong computer skills with demonstrated SAP or ERP experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software tools and digital workflows.
• Ability to follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and environmental health and safety standards.
