Staff Product Manager (KYC)

Location: Remote and based in the United States; not eligible for hiring in California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington. Occasional travel may be required for project or team meetings.

Salary: $188,240–$235,300 annual pay range for specified locations; other location-based ranges may apply. Equity and corporate bonus plan eligibility may be available.

What you will do

• Own Trust Hub products end to end within the Onboarding and Compliance organization.
• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.
• Lead cross-functional planning, design, development, and product launches.
• Translate customer needs into product requirements and user stories with Engineering and UX.
• Define and analyze product metrics to guide decisions and measure outcomes.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and conduct data-driven business reviews covering execution and revenue or market performance.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of product management experience in SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS.
• Successful product launch and product strategy leadership experience.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills and the ability to drive measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Strong technical, analytical, and UI/UX design understanding, with ownership in ambiguous and complex environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience building API or developer-experience products and services.
• Experience in telecommunications or other regulated ecosystems.
