Location: Hybrid in Alphen Aan Den Rijn, Netherlands (Must spend at least 8 days a month in the office)

What you will do

• Design and implement AI-powered workflows and Libra Assistants across key legal domains.
• Partner directly with law firms and corporate legal departments to map processes and configure tailored solutions.
• Translate legal expertise into structured data, prompts, and workflows to ensure AI outputs are accurate and robust.
• Support customer pilots and proof-of-concepts by adapting AI capabilities to real legal documents and research workflows.
• Provide actionable insights to Product and Engineering teams to improve prompt quality, accuracy, and domain coverage.
• Create content and learning materials for the Libra Academy to drive user adoption.

Requirements

• Master's law degree in Dutch law.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in private practice (large law firm/boutique) or in-house legal roles.
• Advanced/fluent Dutch language skills and professional English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to break down complex legal processes into logical steps.
• Experience in client-facing roles with the ability to influence and guide stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Alphen Aan Den Rijn, NLD.

Nice to have

• Experience in legal tech, product management, or automation projects.
• Familiarity with SaaS environments and agile methodologies.
