TL;DR

Annual salary: $320,000–$380,000, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

  • Design, manage, and oversee the compliance governance and strategic framework across the Americas.
  • Lead compliance programs, policies, procedures, business practices, and guidelines aligned with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Develop compliance operations covering needs and risk assessments, training, committee governance, auditing, monitoring, and investigations.
  • Advise senior and divisional leaders on compliance risks, business decisions, remediation, and sustainable solutions.
  • Oversee compliance processes for grants, sponsorships, donations, advisory boards, speaker programs, and transparency requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional compliance governance and collaborate with Legal, Human Resources, EMEA, and APAC teams.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited United States law school.
  • At least 10 years of direct U.S. compliance experience in the life sciences industry, preferably medical devices.
  • Deep knowledge of U.S. healthcare compliance laws, regulations, and industry practices.
  • Experience leading comprehensive compliance programs, cross-functional teams, and senior-leadership advisory work in complex or matrixed organizations.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Ability to work in Chelmsford, Massachusetts or Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania is required.
