Sr. UI/UX Designer

Location: Remote, United States-based; availability required during 9:00 AM–5:00 PM AEST (Brisbane/GMT+10)

What you will do

• Design intuitive, polished interfaces and experiences for web and mobile products.
• Translate briefs, business objectives, and product requirements into user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes.
• Build and maintain visual design systems covering grids, spacing, typography, hierarchy, and responsive layouts.
• Use AI-powered design and creative tools for ideation, exploration, and rapid prototyping.
• Collaborate with developers and technical teams to support accurate, practical implementation.
• Present design decisions, incorporate feedback, and own projects from concept through final delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX, product, digital, or comparable senior design roles.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong UI/UX capabilities, visual quality, and creative range, particularly across web experiences.
• Advanced Figma proficiency, including interactive prototyping and communicating complex interactions.
• Strong knowledge of usability, information architecture, hierarchy, responsive design, and accessibility fundamentals.
• Experience collaborating with developers and understanding practical implementation considerations.
• Excellent written and verbal English and availability during AEST working hours.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with motion design, UI animation, micro-interactions, transitions, 3D assets, mobile applications, e-commerce, or experimental digital experiences.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
