Web Administrator/Website Implementation (WordPress)

Location: Permanent work from home; must overlap with Perth, Western Australia business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM AWST (UTC+8).

What you will do

• Build and update client pages in WordPress using Gutenberg, native functionality, approved layouts, and provided content.
• Maintain websites across WordPress, Shopify, and Squarespace, including pages, products, collections, media, layouts, settings, and templates.
• Apply basic on-page SEO, 301 redirects, tracking codes, schema snippets, and website optimisation updates.
• Manage users, access permissions, and records across client websites.
• Process assigned tasks through Notion, document completed work, communicate blockers, and keep ticket statuses current.
• Perform quality checks on desktop and mobile, verify requirements, and correct issues before closing tickets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in website administration, website implementation, or a similar role.
• Strong hands-on WordPress experience, including Gutenberg, content and media management, users, Yoast SEO, and redirects.
• Experience managing website content, pages, layouts, and media; working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Understanding of basic on-page SEO and experience identifying and resolving broken links.
• Strong written and spoken English communication, attention to detail, independent working skills, and ticket-based workflow experience.
• Reliable internet, a suitable work-from-home setup, and consistent availability during Perth/AWST business hours are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Shopify, Squarespace, website migrations, Yoast SEO, Google Search Console, GA4, Google Tag Manager, or Google Merchant Centre.
• Experience with Mailchimp, schema implementation, tracking snippets, DNS, and domain management.
• Basic graphic editing skills using Canva or Figma.
