Technical Web Specialist (AI)

Location: London, UK; hybrid with in-person work 3 days per week and commuting distance to a hub required

What you will do

• Build and ship pages and components in Storyblok CMS across market versions.
• Perform technical QA covering rendering, functionality, cross-browser behavior, and device compatibility.
• Own web request intake, triage, scoping, estimates, dependencies, and briefing standards.
• Coordinate delivery between developers and business stakeholders while maintaining the backlog and sprint board.
• Support CRO initiatives by setting up A/B tests, documenting hypotheses, and tracking results.
• Prepare status updates and pipeline reports for web leadership.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in web operations, technical or digital project management, or web production.
• Solid HTML/CSS fundamentals and understanding of CMS structures, staging and production workflows, and QA processes.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in production and the judgment to verify AI-generated output.
• Ability to scope requests, estimate complexity, prioritize work, and brief external developers.
• Strong communication skills for translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• English is the official language at the office.

Nice to have

• Experience with Storyblok or another headless CMS.
• Knowledge of web analytics, conversion tracking, A/B testing, CRO tools, or basic SQL.
• Experience briefing or QAing development teams.
• Understanding of Core Web Vitals, page performance, and SEO fundamentals.
