What you will do

• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Family Hub SEND offer across Havering.
• Line manage and develop a multidisciplinary workforce, supporting high standards, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Design quality assurance, audit, monitoring, and evaluation frameworks covering parental voice, developmental outcomes, and service impact.
• Analyse service data and prepare reports to support strategic decisions, commissioning, service redesign, and value-for-money assessments.
• Build integrated support pathways across education, health, social care, and community services.
• Lead professional training, champion inclusive practice, and ensure compliance with safeguarding duties and SEND reforms.

Requirements

• Recognised Early Years, Education, or degree-level qualification.
• Substantial experience leading services, programmes, or projects in Early Years, SEND, or family support.
• Strong knowledge of child development, the Early Years Foundation Stage, school readiness, SEND pathways, and inclusive early-childhood practice.
• Experience in line management, strategic planning, service development, data analysis, and professional training.
• Strong partnership-building, communication, leadership, and influencing skills across multidisciplinary organisations.
• Enhanced DBS check required.
