What you will do

• Manage daily banking and cash allocation to keep customer balances up to date for collections teams.
• Resolve customer and ledger queries with Finance Operations, Accounting and Financial Control, and country teams.
• Maintain sales ledgers, ensuring accurate bad debt reporting and compliance with overpayment and write-off policies.
• Prepare for and contribute to monthly ledger reviews, including simple and complex ledger investigations.
• Support bank reconciliations, re-DD campaigns, and credit note processing.
• Build relationships with finance teams and country collections managers while communicating risks and resolving ad hoc queries.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Ability to prioritise work, adapt, and meet key deadlines.
• Ability to take ownership of queries and remain accountable for data accuracy.
• Previous finance experience is beneficial.
