Senior Specialist, Epic Solution Delivery (Epic)

What you will do

• Design and configure complex Epic workflows, custom solutions, and integrations.
• Assess workflows, analyze detailed requirements, and oversee solution implementation.
• Support project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking for Epic initiatives.
• Lead smaller Epic projects and development initiatives, including module configuration and advanced features.
• Mentor Analysts and Senior Analysts on project work, troubleshooting, and Epic configurations.
• Conduct detailed testing and validation, resolve complex issues, collaborate with stakeholders, and train end users.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT, Epic product development, and/or enterprise software delivery.
• 5+ years of Epic experience with deep knowledge of configurations, workflows, and best practices.
• Advanced understanding of Epic and technical knowledge across multiple Epic modules.
• Experience leading smaller project teams and development initiatives independently.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Associate’s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent experience; active Epic certification in one or more relevant applications required.
