Logistics Operations Execution Manager (Logistics)

Location: Berlin, Germany; hybrid working model with a flexible remote-office setup. Remote work from almost anywhere is available for up to 2 months per year.

What you will do

• Ensure compliance with customer-specific SLAs across the assigned customer portfolio.
• Organize the resolution of operational incidents in existing logistics solutions with internal departments and customers.
• Coordinate with key account management and other departments to optimize logistics and transport processes.
• Build long-term relationships with customer operational contacts in German and English.
• Prepare and independently discuss weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports using Excel and PowerPoint.

Requirements

• Operational experience in parcel operations, transportation, or warehouse management within an e-commerce environment.
• Experience with B2B customer communication and customer service.
• Data-driven approach and strong service orientation.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Proficiency in German and English at C1 level or above.
