Senior Fullstack Software Engineer (Enterprise SaaS)

Location: New York City, New York, United States

Salary: $164,200–$225,700 USD per year, with potential annual performance bonus, equity, and regional benefits.

What you will do

• Build enterprise capabilities that help organizations securely adopt, administer, and scale CustomerLake products.
• Design permissions, roles, access-control, auditability, governance, pricing, entitlement, and usage-control systems.
• Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and data models supporting administrative and management experiences.
• Translate complex requirements from Data, IT, Security, and Platform administrators into reliable product experiences.
• Own projects end to end, from architecture and technical design through implementation, launch, and iteration.
• Partner with product management, design, security, infrastructure, and engineering teams on CustomerLake’s enterprise product strategy.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience building and shipping production systems.
• Deep backend engineering experience with the ability to work across the full stack and own features end to end.
• Experience building enterprise SaaS products or working on enterprise-focused engineering teams.
• Experience with permissions, authorization, audit logs, entitlements, pricing or usage controls, governance, security, or administrative tooling.
• Strong experience with server-side technologies such as Java, Python, Scala, Go, Node, C++, or similar, plus modern frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Strong product mindset, ownership, bias for action in 0-to-1 environments, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
