Manufacturing Associate

Location: Waterford, Ireland

Salary: €14.75 per hour to start, with eligibility for variable cash programs and equity for eligible roles.

What you will do

• Use, process, store, and control materials according to approved SOPs, batch documents, manufacturing orders, and drawings.
• Operate, maintain, clean, and control manufacturing equipment and specialized tools.
• Perform assembly, molding, in-process inspection, packaging, labeling, and in-process testing.
• Maintain hourly and daily manufacturing-cell performance, including efficiency, right-first-time, yield, scrap, and documentation metrics.
• Participate in manufacturing-cell teamwork initiatives, audits, inspections, project implementation, and continuous improvement projects.
• Communicate line performance, issues, changeovers, and documentation status during shifts and handovers.

Requirements

• Leaving Certificate.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions and operate equipment.
• Compliance with manufacturing, quality, safety, and approved documentation procedures.
• Ability to investigate process deviations, perform root-cause analysis, and support corrective and preventive actions.
• Previous experience is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.

Nice to have

• Previous molding experience.
• Knowledge of CAPA, cleanroom operations, continuous improvement, GMP, EHS, press operations, packaging, labeling, and quality.
• Agile decision-making and the ability to work at pace.
