Logistics Liaison Officer (LNO) 8th TSC (Contingency)

Salary: $110,000–$164,900 per year

What you will do

• Serve as the primary liaison between contractor logistics operations and the 8th Theater Sustainment Command.
• Coordinate sustainment requirements, logistics priorities, communications, and resources across organizations.
• Facilitate resolution of operational issues affecting logistics support and theater sustainment activities.
• Synchronize contractor logistics activities with theater-level sustainment operations.
• Prepare reports, status updates, meeting materials, and coordination documentation.
• Build working relationships with military, government, and contractor personnel.

Requirements

• College or university degree in a business-related discipline focused on supply chain, purchasing, or logistics, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically 10–15 years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting logistics operations in military, government, or contractor environments.
• Ability to coordinate activities across multiple organizations and stakeholders and resolve complex issues.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Army, Theater Sustainment Command, Joint, or Combatant Command operations.
• Previous experience as a Liaison Officer or in a military coordination role.
• Knowledge of DoD logistics processes, sustainment operations, and military planning frameworks.
• Prior military service or military logistics experience.
