Supervisor, Manufacturing - Turno C (Medical Devices)

Location: Haina, San Cristóbal, Dominican Republic; night shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

What you will do

• Supervise assembly and packing operations while ensuring compliance with manufacturing, quality, and production standards.
• Track efficiency, production plans, manufacturing defects, start-up activity, downtime, and absenteeism.
• Analyze weekly production plans and committed volumes, ensuring execution within the assigned area.
• Ensure production batch-record transactions and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain SOP compliance, participate in procedure updates, and coordinate with support departments to resolve operational issues.
• Monitor team performance and skills development while driving process improvements through EMS tools and Tier Meetings.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Availability to work from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Previous supervisory experience in an FDA-regulated manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, process-simplification, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
