Mgr, Analysts (Healthcare Contracting)

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day analyst operations, including workload prioritization, resource planning, project management, and service-level performance.
• Coach, mentor, hire, onboard, and develop team members through performance and career management.
• Partner with business leaders and cross-functional clients to align resources with strategic contracting and analytical priorities.
• Drive improvements in operational efficiency, contract quality, data quality, productivity, and team effectiveness.
• Oversee quality assurance and second-level reviews of complex contract analyses and amendments, including line-item changes, extensions, pricing updates, and contract language modifications.
• Present analyses and recommendations, resolve escalated contracting issues, and partner with technology and business teams on system enhancements and automation.

Requirements

• Relevant degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience with contract administration, contract amendments, and complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Knowledge of healthcare contracting, supply chain operations, and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, client management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience driving operational improvements; people leadership or management experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with Access, SQL, or other analytical tools.
