Data Analyst (Comemrcial Operations)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid working model with 3 days on site

Salary: Minimum 136,000 PLN annually, plus potential annual bonus and other incentives.

What you will do

• Prepare distributor end-user sales and price claims data for Western Europe reporting.
• Maintain the Commercial Excellence database used by Analytics and Incentive teams.
• Develop Excel-based tools for the Commercial Excellence team.
• Collaborate with commercial, finance, and local bids and tenders stakeholders across Western Europe.
• Support approval workflows, reporting accuracy, and local analytical needs.
• Contribute to process-improvement projects and recommend solutions based on analysis.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and technical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPivot, and Access.
• Proficiency in English and Polish is required.
• University degree, preferably in Finance or Economics.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and ownership skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across Western Europe.
