TL;DR
Data Engineer (SAP/Azure): Supporting Celonis-related use cases in production environments with an accent on SAP data structures and process mining. Focus on transitioning into full-scale data modeling and pipeline development on the Azure-based Data Intelligence Platform.
Location: Hybrid role based in Poland (Nowy Tomyśl/Poznań) with mandatory on-site collaboration in Melsungen, Germany, every two months.
Salary: 12,000 - 16,500 PLN gross monthly.

What you will do
- Support and develop Celonis process mining use cases within the production domain.
- Analyze SAP production data structures and process flows.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines on Azure using Databricks and Azure Data Factory.
- Design and implement scalable data models including medallion and dimensional architectures.
- Integrate data from SAP, MES, and various API sources.
- Collaborate with data scientists and business stakeholders to ensure data quality and usability.
Requirements
- Fluent in English.
- Must be based in Poland with ability to travel to Melsungen, Germany, every two months.
- Experience in data engineering on cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
- Solid SQL skills and proficiency in Python (Pandas/PySpark).
- Knowledge of data modeling (star schema, medallion architecture).
- Ability to translate business needs into technical data solutions.
Nice to have
- Initial experience with Celonis or process mining tools.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with SAP or MES systems.
