What you will do

• Gather, clean, and analyze data from Salesforce, Adobe Analytics, and internal platforms to guide marketing and sales decisions.
• Review marketing campaign results (reach, engagement, leads, revenue) to optimize performance.
• Identify customer journey patterns and present findings to stakeholders with proposed actions.
• Develop metrics and reports to assess the effectiveness of existing digital marketing strategies.
• Optimize the BI landscape and create high-quality data visualizations.
• Prepare weekly reports and provide data-driven insights for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and Advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or R.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing within international agencies or corporate environments.
• Experience with Salesforce and intelligent marketing analytics platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Digital Strategy, or equivalent experience.
• English: C1 or higher required.
