Visa Consulting & Analytics Manager, Portfolio Optimization & Solutions (Payments)

Location: Bogota, Colombia; hybrid with at least 3 days in the office

What you will do

• Serve as a subject matter expert in card portfolio optimization, including portfolio growth, lifecycle management, performance improvement, and client impact.
• Develop and enhance portfolio optimization methodologies, business rules, recommendation frameworks, playbooks, templates, tools, and reusable delivery assets.
• Help design data and AI-enabled solutions by translating business needs into requirements, evaluating use cases, and defining outputs and implementation considerations.
• Lead project workstreams, coordinate regional, market, global, and cross-functional stakeholders, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, assess portfolio performance, identify opportunities, and measure business impact.
• Create client-ready and executive-ready presentations, business cases, analytical insights, and actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 2 years with an advanced degree; preferred profiles have 8+ years in payments, financial services, consulting, card portfolio management, analytics, strategy, or business transformation.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, payment schemes, card portfolio management, business systems, processes, marketing initiatives, and performance levers.
• Experience leading projects or workstreams involving card portfolio optimization, project management, operational efficiency, and analytics.
• Strong analytical, strategic problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.
• Practical understanding of digital trends, AI applications, analytics tools, and emerging technologies; working knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Fluency in English and professional proficiency in either Spanish or Portuguese required.
