Sr Manager, Strategy and Planning (Financial Services)

Location: Bogota, Colombia; hybrid, with in-person work at an assigned hirify.global office at least two days per week

What you will do

• Design, facilitate, and manage strategic planning processes aligned with regional objectives.
• Lead research and analysis for market entry and market expansion opportunities.
• Gather competitive intelligence, monitor competitors, and identify threats and opportunities.
• Integrate business planning, financial planning, portfolio management, budgeting, P&L, and accountability reporting.
• Develop business cases and actionable go-to-market plans for organic growth initiatives.
• Support regional business plan execution, progress reporting, and global best-practice and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of general business experience, including strategy development and business planning.
• Financial or credit industry expertise and knowledge of the credit reporting industry or international business planning.
• Strong facilitation, project management, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, influencing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally and presenting concise, insightful information to executive teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to work independently under deadlines in a changing environment.

Nice to have

• MBA with global strategy experience.
• Strategy consulting experience.
