VIP Host, Washington D.C. (iGaming)

Location: Remote - US; willingness to travel and work nights and weekends is required.

Salary: $68,000–$85,000 USD base annually, plus bonus, equity, and applicable benefits.

What you will do

• Build authentic, trusted relationships with high-value players and create new business revenue.
• Manage player relationships through communications, local events, and escalation responses.
• Provide players with relevant games, promotions, channels, and platform offerings based on market knowledge.
• Lead player reactivation initiatives to increase engagement and loyalty.
• Collect player feedback to support platform improvements and identify new opportunities.
• Follow VIP program policies and responsible gaming guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least three years of experience in sales, account management, or another customer-facing role.
• Analytical mindset and ability to make quick, confident decisions using data and trends.
• Thorough understanding of sports betting markets and related products.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required state gaming licenses.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.
