What you will do

• Manage and retain a portfolio of High Value Players through proactive, one-stop service.
• Coach, mentor, and develop a team of VIP Account Managers to maintain high service standards.
• Develop tailored rewards and strong relationships with VIP customers via regular correspondence.
• Ensure strict adherence to responsible gaming protocols and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with internal hirify.global departments to improve the overall customer experience.
• Host and meet VIP clients at hospitality events.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in high-end customer service.
• Essential knowledge of the online gaming industry.
• Experience in people management and team leadership.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel.
• Ability to work non-traditional business hours.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• High-level hospitality experience.
• Knowledge of sports or experience working within heavily regulated industries.
• Understanding of Marketing processes.
