Associate Software Engineer - DevOps Engineer (Azure)

Location: Onsite in Overland Park, Kansas, United States. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

What you will do

• Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of highly available and scalable infrastructure and applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Create and maintain automation scripts and deployment, configuration, and monitoring workflows using PowerShell, Bash, and Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Assist with CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance for continuous integration and deployment.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues, and optimize resources for scalability and reliability.
• Participate in production on-call rotations and respond to incidents to help maintain maximum uptime.
• Stay current with DevOps and cloud computing technologies and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 0–2 years of related work experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, PowerShell, and SQL Server.
• Understanding of infrastructure as code, containerization, orchestration, monitoring, logging, and source control concepts.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, New Relic, Azure Monitor, Site24x7, GitHub, Confluence, Miro, and SharePoint.
• Relevant certifications such as Azure Fundamentals, Azure Developer Associate, or GCP Associate Cloud Engineer.
• Exposure to microservices, cloud security best practices, Redis production support, and GCP services.
• Healthcare industry experience.
