Senior Field Clinical Specialist H/F (AI)

Location: Paris or Lyon region, France. Hybrid workplace with frequent travel of up to 80%, including procedural case coverage in France and occasional support in other European countries.

Salary: €50,000–€60,000 per year.

hirify.global is a US- and European-based startup developing AI software products for interventional cardiac electrophysiology, including the Volta AF-Xplorer decision-support system.

What you will do

• Communicate the latest atrial fibrillation treatment options and Volta technologies across France and Benelux.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders and support adoption of the Volta system in local markets.
• Coordinate stakeholders and install Volta solutions in clinical environments.
• Provide procedural case coverage, advanced product demonstrations, physician training, and clinical support.
• Support sales, clinical studies, data collection, troubleshooting, and new product presentations.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, engineers, vendors, and customers to resolve issues and improve outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Paris or Lyon region.
• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent healthcare experience.
• At least 4 years of progressively responsible experience in electrophysiology, cardiac pacing, or related industries.
• Knowledge of cardiology, electrophysiology, or cardiac electrophysiology procedures.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, organizational, coordination, and interpersonal skills; willingness to learn AI products and work in a startup environment.
