What you will do

• Execute and optimize organic growth initiatives across SEO, content, and YouTube channels based on strategic priorities.
• Identify and validate high-impact growth opportunities through deep data analysis and experimentation.
• Collaborate with organic marketing teams to improve organic funnels and increase conversion rates.
• Manage end-to-end growth experiments, including setup, execution, analysis, and reporting.
• Analyze performance using Tableau, GSC, and Ahrefs to translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Research competitors and market trends to discover new growth tactics and implement scalable processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in organic growth, SEO, or growth marketing.
• Proven track record of driving measurable organic traffic and revenue growth.
• Strong proficiency with analytics tools such as Tableau, GSC, and Ahrefs.
• Experience in running experiments and prioritizing growth opportunities.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical thinking and ability to work independently.
• Strong collaboration skills for working across content, product, and development teams.
