CNC Manufacturing Specialist

Location: Veldhoven, Netherlands; onsite workshop and cleanroom work required

Salary: €58,500–€66,000 gross annual fixed salary, including vacation allowance and a 13th-month payment; profit sharing is excluded.

What you will do

• Operate conventional and CNC milling and turning machines.
• Produce mechanical parts, prototypes, and dummies for short-term production requests.
• Check TPD documentation and advise on manufacturability.
• Research machining-process optimization, quality improvement, and manufacturability.
• Support the organization in a cleanroom when disturbances occur and maintain, clean, and handle materials for workshop equipment.
• Coordinate short-term needs and priorities with Factory, Development, Engineering, and internal and external customers.

Requirements

• Vocational technical background, preferably MBO level.
• Preferably 5+ years of experience in a high-tech development or prototype environment.
• Experience with NX CAD/CAM or other CAD/CAM software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Fluent Dutch and English are required.
• Legal authorization to access technology controlled under United States Export Administration Regulations is required before starting.

Nice to have

• Experience with Heidenhain or relevant machine-control software.
