What you will do

• Define and drive the site reliability improvement strategy.
• Analyze plant reliability, downtime, work orders, predictive equipment data, and failure information to identify defects and improve equipment availability.
• Develop maintenance strategies, repair plans, equipment templates, and scopes of work for repairs and process equipment modifications.
• Lead root cause failure analyses, remove validated causes, and verify the effectiveness of corrective solutions.
• Lead reliability-based capital improvement and cost-reduction projects in collaboration with Process Engineers, Facilities, and PM Engineering.
• Mentor maintenance mechanics and support engineers and operators with equipment troubleshooting and reliability-centered maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, mathematics, or an equivalent field.
• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing and project management experience.
• Three to five years of CMMS management experience, including maintenance documentation and spare-parts inventory.
• Seven to ten years of maintenance engineering experience preferred but not required.
• Experience designing process equipment and piping systems, using reliability engineering tools such as Root Cause Failure Analysis, and preparing technical analyses and reports.
• Green Belt Lean Six Sigma certification, strong troubleshooting skills, leadership, teamwork, communication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
