Senior Product Manager Outbound Logistics & Returns (Logistics)

hirify.global is scaling its fulfillment setup across multiple warehouses and markets.

What you will do

• Own the full order-to-delivery and returns journey across Shop, ERP/OMS, WMS, carrier integrations, and customer tracking.
• Design product logic for automated warehouse allocation and order routing across multiple warehouses.
• Identify and prioritize automation opportunities that reduce manual work, improve time-to-ship, and optimize cost per parcel.
• Use KPIs, dashboards, and operational data to identify problems, set priorities, and measure impact.
• Validate product opportunities through hypothesis-driven discovery and experimentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Logistics, Operations, 3PL partners, and carriers to build scalable outbound flows and maintain platform stability during replatforming.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with backend, integration-heavy, or operational products.
• Hands-on experience with OMS, ERP, WMS, carrier integrations, and API-based partner flows.
• Proven experience automating operational processes and delivering measurable improvements.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with KPIs, dashboards, and operational data.
• Ability to manage complex dependencies and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English required; German is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-warehouse fulfillment, international shipping, EDI, or D2C and B2B/retail order flows.
• German language skills.
