Senior Fullstack Engineer (AI)

hirify.global is a high-growth startup building an AI-powered revenue cycle management product for dental practices and operating a dental supply procurement marketplace.

What you will do

• Build fast, well-structured frontend experiences with React and TypeScript.
• Own features end to end, from component and state management through API integration and deployment.
• Contribute to backend APIs and data models using Python and FastAPI.
• Translate customer and stakeholder requirements into clean, intuitive interfaces.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and engineering standards.
• Mentor engineers and advocate for frontend quality across the team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a strong frontend focus.
• Deep expertise in React and TypeScript, including UI layout, performance, and state management.
• Hands-on experience with TanStack Router and TanStack Query, or strong routing and data-fetching expertise.
• Experience building and maintaining Python/FastAPI endpoints and data models.
• Strong product-quality instincts, attention to detail, and sound implementation judgment.
• Familiarity with coding agents and the ability to assess their strengths, limitations, and effective workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with payment flows, billing systems, or insurance-adjacent products.
• Familiarity with Zod and schema-driven API clients.
• Background in B2B SaaS or workflow-heavy products.
• Healthcare or dental industry experience.
