Salary: $68,000–$85,000 annually

What you will do

  • Supervise daily manufacturing operations across multiple areas and maintain, audit, refine, and improve equipment and processes.
  • Provide technical expertise, troubleshooting, problem solving, staffing coordination, and daily performance reporting.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives covering safety, quality, operations, efficiency, scrap, and resource utilization.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP rules, product documentation, specifications, SOPs, and FDA requirements.
  • Coordinate employee training, feedback, recognition, performance management, and developmental activities.
  • Work with supplier management and corporate, divisional marketing, and technical personnel to meet operational and budget commitments.

Requirements

  • BS degree in a scientific or engineering discipline and 0–3 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Interpersonal, leadership, communication, writing, and technical report preparation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, supervise multiple groups, and work effectively in a manufacturing plant environment.
  • Understanding of GMPs and regulatory guidelines applicable to the medical and pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong assessment, troubleshooting, data analysis, process improvement, and root cause/corrective action skills.
  • Experience or direct involvement with TrackWise 8, Maximo, POMS, and JDE; ability to work standing and walking for extended periods.
