Senior Supplier Quality Engineer (Medical Technology)

Location: Boulder, Colorado, United States; onsite 5 days a week

Salary: $99,200–$148,800 per year, plus eligibility for the hirify.global Incentive Plan.

What you will do

• Ensure suppliers deliver quality parts, materials, and services for production.
• Qualify suppliers, support certified supplier programs, and evaluate supplier operations.
• Monitor component quality through the manufacturing cycle and resolve supplier-related production issues.
• Develop supplier audit schedules covering good manufacturing practices and quality standards.
• Provide supplier quality support throughout new product development and transition parts from design to production.
• Define acceptance sampling strategies, approved supplier lists, supplier-owned quality plans, control plans, receiving inspection requirements, and test method validation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with 2+ years of experience, or a PhD with no relevant experience.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required at hire and throughout employment; sponsorship is not available for roles below Principal level.
• International baccalaureate degrees must satisfy the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A).
• Ability to work with production teams, suppliers, internal customers, and external regulatory agencies.

• Root cause analysis methodology.
• Risk management or CAPA experience.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
