Location: Remote work available in Brazil, Canada, Chile, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru, Uruguay, or Costa Rica

What you will do
- Collect and process data in areas requiring monitoring.
- Submit complaints promptly when violations are identified.
- Communicate with platforms and support teams about complaint reviews.
- Analyze violations and classify them by type and priority.
- Track complaint effectiveness and outcomes.
- Maintain the internal website database and research new complaint-submission methods.
Requirements
- Junior-level experience or knowledge relevant to monitoring tasks.
- Basic understanding of search engines and the ability to find information across different GEOs.
- Basic knowledge of Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Analytics.
- Fluent Ukrainian and Russian.
- English language skills required.
