Working Student (Talent Acquisition)

hirify.global is a European NewSpace startup building SaaS solutions across the satellite lifecycle, including SSA, STM, and collision avoidance.

What you will do

• Support first interviews focused on assessing company culture fit.
• Monitor and coordinate interview processes, deadlines, candidate handovers, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams using Microsoft Bookings.
• Process and evaluate application questionnaires with support from Claude.
• Prepare onboarding documentation and support the preparation of second-interview commercial and technical challenges.
• Process candidates in Personio and assist with general recruiting administration.

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Legal, Business, or a related field, or at least two years of working-student experience.
• Availability to work onsite in Braunschweig, Germany, ideally 20 hours per week, starting immediately.
• Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style with sensitive information.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Confident use of Microsoft Office, including SharePoint and Bookings.

Nice to have

• Initial experience in HR, recruiting, or people operations.
• Recruiting experience in high-paced companies with deep-tech products.
• Experience with German and Spanish labour law.
