Founding Solutions Architect (AI)

What you will do

• Lead technical discussions with enterprise and government customers, account executives, partners, and executive stakeholders.
• Understand customer problems and map business objectives to Cohere's AI solutions.
• Design and deploy customer pilots, evaluations, and enterprise architectures for Cohere deployments.
• Own the technical relationship and customer narrative while gathering feedback to shape the product roadmap.
• Advise customers on best practices, cultivate technical champions, and drive adoption of Cohere products.
• Develop scalable processes for the Solutions Architect and adjacent teams in collaboration with Product and Engineering.

Requirements

• 3+ years of customer-facing technical pre-sales or post-sales experience as a Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Digital Strategy Consultant, or in a similar role.
• Passion for Generative AI and understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of generative LLMs and AI technologies.
• Familiarity with foundational machine learning concepts, including training and evaluation.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to CEOs and working with technical audiences.
• Comfort working with Python and assistive coding tools in ambiguous, unstructured environments.
• Professional fluency in English for business and technical communication is required.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience architecting, deploying, or consulting on NLP, AI, or LLM solutions.
• Fluency in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian.
