What you will do

• Lead pension risk transfer transactions from initial engagement through insurer selection, onboarding, closing, and post-close execution.
• Manage RFP processes and coordinate actuarial, legal, asset management, and operations workstreams.
• Partner with intermediaries, fiduciaries, clients, and senior stakeholders during due diligence and transaction meetings.
• Develop transaction analyses, presentations, proposals, and client-facing materials.
• Support target identification, bidding, contract negotiation, and broader Corporate Development initiatives.
• Contribute to product development, process improvements, market research, and AI-enabled tools for greater scalability and efficiency.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in pension risk transfer, insurance, investment banking, consulting, or another transaction-oriented field.
• Experience managing complex transactions or workstreams while balancing multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coordinate across functions and influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, finance, economics, or a related field.
• ASA/FSA, CFA, CPA, or a similar credential is preferred.

• Experience with data tools or AI-enabled workflows.
