Senior Software Engineer (Oracle)

Location: Makati City, Philippines; hybrid and flexible working available

What you will do

• Design and implement high-performance backend solutions using the hirify.global and Oracle stack.
• Deliver functionality end to end, from specification through production.
• Build scalable and reusable components across accounting modules.
• Optimize SQL and PL/SQL performance and system integrations.
• Ensure correct implementation across Kernel, Baseline, and Client layers.
• Resolve defects through root-cause analysis while improving automation, testability, and engineering standards.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with PL/SQL, Oracle Database, and backend engineering.
• At least 5 years of professional experience.
• Experience with hirify.global Script or similar core banking platforms.
• Experience delivering in SLA-driven, production-critical environments.
• Strong performance tuning and system integration capabilities.
• Ability to work with complex financial and accounting logic and collaborate with business analysts.
