What you will do

• Take technical ownership of mission-critical systems, including design, security, and risk management.
• Spearhead technical improvements, including the creation of new tools and optimized ways of working.
• Manage stakeholders by balancing feature delivery with infrastructure stability and risk mitigation.
• Contribute individually by writing high-quality code and automated tests.
• Lead technical discussions with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proficient knowledge of Java (8+) and Spring Boot/Framework.
• Strong experience with Microservice and Event-Driven Architectures.
• Solid understanding of RDBMS and secure coding practices.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and technical design patterns.
• Ability to lead technical changes and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
