Senior Legal Counsel - Asset Management

What you will do

• Advise regional leadership on legal risks affecting the Asset Management energy portfolio.
• Structure, negotiate, and draft complex international and domestic agreements with clients, sponsors, financial institutions, and service providers.
• Provide counsel on corporate governance, compliance, internal processes, incorporations, and company secretarial filings.
• Support external counsel engagement and manage dispute resolution strategies across global jurisdictions.
• Deliver legal and contractual training and maintain standardized contract templates and precedents.

Requirements

• Qualified common law lawyer, preferably admitted in England and Wales.
• At least 3 years of post-qualification experience from an international law firm or the in-house legal department of an international project company.
• Experience in project finance, M&A transactions, public and private tenders, and construction claims.
• Ability to work autonomously with a creative, solution-oriented approach.
• Exceptional English communication skills required.
• Flexibility to travel on short notice.
