Senior Product Manager for Applied AI and Machine Learning

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States; fully remote or hybrid with three days per week in the Dallas office.

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end product lifecycle for the Operator Suite.
• Lead customer discovery, market research, opportunity sizing, requirements definition, delivery, launch, adoption, and scale.
• Own the AI portfolio across pre-event planning, setup optimization, live-event dynamic pricing and routing, and post-event analytics.
• Personally scope, prototype, evaluate, and iterate on predictive, generative, and LLM-based models with Data Science and ML Engineering.
• Design offline and online evaluation systems, including datasets, benchmarks, backtests, A/B tests, switchback experiments, and human evaluation rubrics.
• Set build-versus-buy strategy, AI observability, telemetry, human-in-the-loop workflows, and production safety standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including meaningful experience in AI, ML, or applied data science product roles.
• Demonstrated success shipping scaled AI or ML products that deliver measurable customer and business impact.
• Hands-on experience building, evaluating, and iterating on supervised learning, time-series forecasting, ranking, uplift modeling, and LLM techniques such as prompting, RAG, fine-tuning, evaluations, and agentic workflows.
• Working fluency with Python, SQL, Jupyter, common ML libraries such as scikit-learn and PyTorch, experiment tracking tools, and at least one major cloud ML platform.
• Strong knowledge of experimentation and causal inference, including A/B, switchback, and synthetic-control designs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related quantitative field.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or Operations Research.
• Experience shipping demand forecasting, dynamic pricing, route or operational optimization, marketplace ranking, or real-time decisioning products at scale.
• Experience evolving products from third-party model and commercial LLM integration to proprietary in-house models with a clear ROI case.
