Senior Technical Product Manager (AI Agents)

What you will do

• Define end-to-end requirements for AI-powered systems, connecting model capabilities and technical constraints to user needs and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with ML, backend, mobile, and product engineering teams on system design, evaluation, iteration, and delivery.
• Build and continuously improve evaluation frameworks using offline metrics, online experiments, human feedback, and real-world user outcomes.
• Make trade-offs across product quality, reliability, latency, cost, execution speed, and user experience.
• Own product quality, including correctness, predictability, failure handling, feedback loops, and user trust.
• Drive product strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, and complex initiatives from definition through measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong computer science foundation in algorithms, data structures, and system design.
• Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals and production AI systems.
• Significant experience owning technically sophisticated products from strategy through execution.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered products, especially LLM-based systems, model evaluation, prompt or pipeline iteration, and AI feedback loops.
• Ability to assess hallucinations, bias, model drift, non-deterministic behavior, and other AI failure modes.
• Strong technical communication, prioritization, independent execution, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping AI-heavy consumer products.
• Engineering background or experience as a highly technical product manager.
• Experience defining machine learning evaluation metrics, developing AI UX patterns, or working on zero-to-one products.
