Senior Specialist: Margin Assurance (Telecoms)

What you will do

• Implement end-to-end margin and revenue assurance controls.
• Prepare independent monthly reports, KPI dashboards, and supporting documentation.
• Investigate, analyse, validate, and quantify revenue and cost incidents.
• Identify gaps in margin assurance processes and recommend corrective strategies.
• Ensure compliance with margin assurance standards, SOX, internal audit requirements, policies, and procedures.
• Share hirify.global expertise and adopt relevant assurance best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Science, Telecoms, Engineering, or Financial Services.
• 5–7 years of experience in a margin or revenue assurance environment.
• Experience building assurance analytics through complex queries and reports in telecoms or financial services.
• Strong data mining and data analysis skills.
• 2–5 years of experience using SQL, Python, and other analytical tools.
• Working knowledge of CRM, CCSC, ICAP, Siebel, Mediation Zone, and related telecoms data flows.
