Applied AI Architect (Industries)

Location: Milan, Italy; hybrid policy requires staff to be in an office at least 25% of the time. Occasional travel to customer sites is required.

What you will do

• Partner with account executives to understand enterprise requirements and translate business objectives into technical solutions.
• Advise customers throughout Claude adoption, from technical discovery and evaluation to deployment.
• Support customers building with the Claude API and Claude for Work.
• Design scalable architectures and guide integration with existing enterprise technology stacks.
• Create technical content for engineering teams, developers, and executive stakeholders.
• Help customers develop evaluation frameworks and share integration insights with Product and Engineering.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
• Native or C1 Italian and fluent English are required.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and complex, multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating enterprise systems.
• Comfortable with Python and familiar with common LLM frameworks and tools, machine learning, or data science.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and experience in a relevant field.
