Applied AI Architect, Industries (LLM)

Location: Milan, Italy; hybrid with staff expected to work from an office at least 25% of the time

What you will do

• Partner with account executives to understand enterprise requirements and translate business objectives into technical solutions.
• Advise customers throughout Claude adoption, from technical discovery and evaluation through deployment.
• Support implementations using the Claude API and Claude for Work.
• Design scalable architectures and guide integration with existing enterprise technology stacks.
• Create technical content for engineering, IT, and executive audiences.
• Help customers develop evaluation frameworks and share recurring integration insights with Product and Engineering.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
• Native or C1 Italian and fluent English are required.
• Experience with enterprise customers and complex, multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating enterprise systems.
• Comfort with Python and familiarity with LLM frameworks and tools, machine learning, or data science.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant education, training, or professional experience.
